Positive: It is amazing. Nice outdoor table. Three bathrooms. Very Clean. Everything is new and in perfect condition. Great location. Secure car park on premises. House alarm.

Negative: It is the best place I have ever stayed in Rotorua. I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. Just some friendly notes to make it really stunning. It wasn't an issue for our stay, as we visited in November, but for the summer, air conditioning would be a great option. One frying pan had a horrible scratch; it definitely should be replaced. A coffee machine would be a great addition to this level of the property.
